⁹ Adoraim, Lachish, Azekah, ¹⁰ Zorah, Aijalon, and Hebron. These are fortified cities in Judah and in Benjamin. ¹¹ He built up their fortifications. He placed commanders in them and stores of food, oil, and wine.
